This piece feels as though I found half-full glass on a desk in a room long forgotten. Like finishing a thought someone began centuries before, its opaque contents distill images and I am left to face, discover and acknowledge the truths beneath them. Dreams can drive you to greatness or madness. I sought to place my subject in this piece as a protagonist walking the line between the two, not knowing which would become her reality.
